Successful development of waterproof fan that can work underwater for a long time

After years of unremitting efforts, our company has adopted advanced resin sealing technology and successfully developed a DC waterproof fan that can work underwater for a long time. The waterproof grade truly reaches IP68. All along, the waterproof function has always been a technical problem faced by many manufacturers of axial flow brushless fans. In the initial period, people used high-concentration fanli water to soak the motor. After Fan Lishui completely enters the gap of the motor, it is dried in the oven. In this way, a protective layer like glue is formed on the surface of the motor, but the protective layer is not dense enough. Due to its soft structure, it is easy to be scratched by external hard objects. Therefore, many waterproof fans have lost the waterproof function when the motor is assembled. In addition, when standing water meets water, it can decompose slowly, so it can't come into contact with fluid water molecules. This process can only be suitable for work in mildly humid environments. And the actual results are not ideal. With the widespread application of PVD technology in the semiconductor industry. The technology was finally introduced to the waterproof fan industry. This technology uses PVD meteorological deposition technology. The waterproof substance is vaporized at high temperature, and then slowly deposited on the motor surface at low temperature. This technology is time-consuming and expensive. Eventually a very strong protective layer will be formed on the surface of the motor. The protective layer does not decompose in case of water. Strong hardness, basically not afraid of external forces. But because the motor and the outside are powered by wires. Due to the strong hardness of the protective layer, it is often necessary to bend the junction between the motor and the wire during the assembly process. It is easy to cause cracks and is irreversible. The failure rate is 50%. So in the running test of the fan in waterproof water. Water first enters the PCB board from the wire solder joint, and then causes a short circuit between the pins of the electronic component to burn. This technology is widely used in high-humidity, fluid-free water links. Protection grade can reach IP55. Resin sealing technology. Resin sealing technology evolved from the previous two moisture-proof technologies. This technology makes a special mold for the motor. When waterproofing, put the motor in the mold, and then pour low concentration epoxy resin in the vacuum. The epoxy resin enters all corners of the motor like water molecules in the vacuum. After being completely filled, it is dried, and finally a three-dimensional plastic whole is formed. There is no way to see the motor structure outside. The motor is completely sealed. The motor can work under water for a long time. The dried epoxy resin no longer reacts with water chemically. The waterproof grade reaches IP68. The cost is not more expensive than PVD coating technology.
